We look forward to see where God leads us together in ministry.

Esterhazy Baptist Church is experiencing a time of blessing.   Our Advent and Christmas services went well.  We had a baptismal service on December 28.  We are beginning a new sermon series in 2026 based on the Book of Daniel, entitled “Living Faithfully in a Pagan Age.”   Please pray for us in 2026.

Our church enjoyed a blessed Christmas season! We had a great church family banquet that everyone loved. Our children and youth blessed us with their annual Christmas musical. We held a church meeting to elect new leadership and approve our 2026 budget. Our Christmas Eve service was a perfect ending to our waiting and beginning of our celebration. Please pray as we follow God’s direction.

We’ve enjoyed a wonderful advent season with a Christmas meal, a carol group that blessed the care home and much more. As we look towards the year ahead we are thankful for our Christmas Eve Service we will be having. We have had some interesting visitors over the last few months: a couple from Newfoundland was visiting their family for the summer as their grandson has been very ill. They dropped in for the service when they could, sometimes bringing their grandchildren with them. And there have been others. Pray that we will continue to be an outreach.

We have been both encouraged and challenged by speakers as we continue to meet together regularly, care for each other and our neighbours.
